MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) The University of South Alabama's home-opening football game against Mississippi State will be televised nationally on ESPN News.

The Jaguars and Bulldogs will kick off at 3 p.m. Saturday September 13 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.

Troy will come to Mobile for a Sun Belt Conference match-up with the Jags on Friday, Oct. 24, with start time for the contest slated for 6:30 p.m.  It will mark the third time in as many years that the two schools' meeting will be televised, with ESPNU set to air the contest across the country.

Mississippi State home game tickets are currently available only as part of the Jaguars' 2014 season ticket plan, with prices starting at just $60; quantities are limited on the West side of Ladd-Peebles Stadium, and single-game availability is not guaranteed.

In addition to Troy, USA's six-game home schedule includes Georgia Southern (Sept. 20), Georgia State (Oct. 18), Texas State (Nov. 15) and Navy (Friday, Nov. 28).
