"The Phoenix Rises" is a psychological thriller surrounding the government and terrorist groups involved in some sort of climate-based weaponry.

There will be two showing Saturday night at the Crescent Theater, 8 and 10.
All of the proceeds will benefit the theater and Toys for Tots.
