(PRICHARD, Ala.) The Prichard Water Board is expected to file a lawsuit Tuesday challenging the constitutionality of an amendment that would dissolve the board into the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System.

That's according to attorney Jay Ross.

Earlier this month, voters statewide were asked if they thought the board should dissolve. Voters as a whole said yes, though official results from every precinct have not been announced.

MAWSS officials tell Local 15 they are still waiting on certified results from the Secretary of State's office before proceeding with any action.
