NEW ORLEANS, La. (WPMI) Weather was the big obstacle early Wednesday in New Orleans as Mardi Gras carried on and the media got ready for the Super Bowl frenzy.

Moving down to Jackson Square, it was a different scene. Mardi Gras revelers were enjoying the season, singing tunes and listening to music.

Some fans we spoke with could hardly contain their excitement.

"We're totally excited. We wanted to come down and see it in style. We're taking it," said a Baltimore Ravens fan. "They don't have a chance."

The Ravens and 49ers face each other in Super Bowl 47 Sunday in New Orleans.
