(MOBILE, Ala.) - A man accused in the shooting death of his neighbor has been indicted for murder.
Michael Crocker is charged with killing Steven Perret.
Crocker was arrested after Perret was found shot to death in Crocker's truck. Police say Crocker raised a red flag back in 2007, when he showed up at the hospital with part of his tongue cut off.
He said it was a threat not to talk, but police believe he did it himself.
