(SARALAND, Ala.) - Saraland Police have charged a man with discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and filing a false police report.
They say 26-year-old Kendall Holcombe shot into a vehicle with two adults and three kids inside.
Police say he then reported to police that he had been the victim of a drive-by shooting.
After investigating, police determined that no one inside the vehicle had fired at Holcombe.
