BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) A federal judge in Baldwin County pushed back a competency hearing for Robin Hernandez.
Hernandez is accused of walking into the Church of Christ on Greeno Road in Fairhope last July with guns, a combat first aid kit, pain killers, a two-way radio and 150 rounds of ammo.
The judge said more time is needed to convince Hernandez to cooperate with psychiatrists.
He will be back in court February 19.
