(MOBILE COUNTY, Ala.) Mobile County's district Attorney is pushing for the young victims in one sex child abuse case to testify against their alleged attacker.

But the district attorney also wants to reserve the right to have someone testify for the child.

23-year-old Jacob Johansen is charged with sex counts of rape, eight counts of sodomy and four counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12.
