CALERA, Ala. (AP) - Eleven people are recovering from injuries after their church van rolled over on Interstate 65 in Calera.
The accident happened at about 5:15 p.m. on Saturday.
Pastor Jonathan Woods with Worship and Deliverance Ministries says the van was loaded with children and adults. The group was returning to Birmingham from a church conference in Montgomery.
Woods said tread came apart from one of the tires causing the van to roll over. All of the passengers were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries.
