Update: I-65 re-opens after fatal wreck.
MOBILE, Al. (WPMI) I-65 Southbound lanes are closed between I-10 and Government Street Thursday morning as crews respond to a fatal accident. The crash happened around 6 a.m. and involved several vehicles.
Traffic is being diverted off the highway at Government Street. Drivers are asked to avoid taking I-65 South if possible.
