(PENSACOLA, Fla.) Dwayne "Money" Pinestraw was arrested Monday night in Mesquite, Texas. He has been on the run since July. Police say he shot into an apartment killing 22-month-old Tyquarius Moultire in Pensacola.
Pensacola Police say Pinestraw fired a gun into a home at the Pensacola Village housing complex back in July. Moultrie was killed. A man in the house was injured. Police believe it was a retaliation shooting after Pinestraw was allegedly ripped off by other men of drugs and a gun.
Pinestraw was brought to the Dallas County Jail and booked without bond.
