Mobile (WPMI) - Mobile Police arrested a man Thursday night they say was the gunman in a fatal robbery.
Police say on January 24th, DeAngelo Howard and at least two other individuals fatally shot and killed 22-year-old Bernard Hall and shot another man in the back and jaw who did survive.
Both victims were found in Dog River Park formerly known as Luscher Park.
Howard is charged with Murder, Attempt Murder, and Robbery First Degree.
