(MOBILE COUNTY, Ala.) Shocking new details in a sexual molestation case in Mobile County.

A Grand Jury will hear the case against Dustin Kent. He's accused of sexually abusing a relative back in 2008.

Kent is the uncle of Brittney Wood, who has been missing since May.

Prosecutors say the alleged victim said she thought she was going to get a hamster, instead Kent and another family member drove her to a back road where Kent allegedly raped her while that other family member watched.

The other family member has been identified as Donnie Holland, who is also Brittney Woods' uncle who committed suicide at the time of her disappearance. A number of other family members are also facing child sex charges. There is a lot of speculation out there: Do these cases have anything to do with Brittney's disappearance? Local 15 News asked the prosecutor who is not only handling Kent's case, but another family members as well.

"I would be speculating like everyone else," Assistant District Attorney Nicki Patterson said. "That is not my case and I am not particularly involved in that case. I think obviously her disappearance in the midst of all this kind of cast a pall on all of these cases."

Prosecutors plan to present Kent's case to a Grand Jury in December.
