(MOBILE, Ala.) - Mobile Police say 30-year-old Kevin Manley was shot multiple times in his truck on Steiner Street Wednesday night. Police say they don't have any suspects at this time. Neighbors Local 15 News spoke with say they heard arguing and gunfire.

"I was taking a shower and I heard like 7, 8 or 9 pops. Pop, Pop, Pop, Pop, Pop. It was real horrible," said Sharon Reed.

The noise startled Reed and prompted her to peek out of the shower to see what had happened.

"I heard police cars. They was zooming in and the fire. I said oh, lord somebody done got shot," said Reed.

Police say 30-year-old Kevin Manley was shot multiple times as he sat in his work truck, which had the Manley Plumbing Logo on the side of it.

"He was pronounced dead on the scene," said Cpl. Chris Levy.

Police say it's still early in the investigation.

"The detectives right now are trying to determine if there's any witnesses, if there is anyone with any information that can go on there. They do have some leads that they're following up on there at this point," said Levy.

Reed says she didn't know Manley and had never seen him in the neighborhood before. She says she's praying for his family and that police find his killer.

"Violence is everywhere. I don't wish it on nobody's child. It still hurt me. And I'm just getting back from the doctor and that still hurts. I just been crying all day. It breaks my heart," said Reed.
