MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI)-On Saturday, a crowd of about 15,660 people attended the Floral Parade in downtown Mobile.
Mobile police responded to a total of eight complaints during the course of the event. The Officers made two misdemeanors and no felony arrests.
The charges included the Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as well as Disorderly Conduct.
