(MOBILE, Ala.)   Family and friends of a shooting victim are frustrated there hasn't been an arrest in the case. Last week, Marcus Casher was shot to death at Forest Hill Apartments. Police say it was the result of a domestic dispute, and a grand jury will review the evidence.

Casher's friend, Dominique Sellers, rushed to the scene Wednesday and fought to get answers about what happened. Sellers said Casher had just broken up with a girlfriend and went to the apartment to get some of his things. He says a relative of Casher's ex-girlfriend shot and killed Casher.

Sellers believes the shooting was murder, not self defense.

"He was getting his clothes, going to leave and maybe a push or something occurred. It's not that he was beating no one. He was not beating," said Sellers. "He was not violent."

"He was a lovable guy. All his friends love him. He was even a guy who loved his enemies," said Casher's cousin, TeKere Malone.

Sunday, those who knew and loved Casher gathered in Prichard. They made t-shirts, wrote messages, and remembered better times. Friends say he loved football and enjoyed coaching his son's team at Cottage Hill Park.

Casher's friends and family say in order to move on, the shooter needs to be held accountable.

"A man shouldn't be gunned down and nothing is happened," said Sellers.
