(MOBILE, Ala.) Attorneys for Gil Collar's family say they'll meet next week to decide whether to file a lawsuit over the South Alabama student's death.
Collar was shot and killed by a campus police officer in October.
Mobile County Sheriffs Deputies believe Collar was on LSD when he charged the officer several times. The Mobile County District Attorney is expecting toxicology results on Collar soon.
