50 Dogs Seized from Wilmer Home

Fifty dogs were sized from a Mobile County home in Wilmer Friday morning. Animal Control officers took the dogs to the Mobile County Animal Shelter. The homeowner Polly Hopper was arrested and taken to Mobile County Metro Jail. Local 15’s Modupe Idowu spoke with the suspect’s mother. Video
