Mobile, AL - Pensacola, FL – UTV44, WJTC is announcing playoff coverage for Round #3 of the AHSAA Football Playoffs.
The UTV44 High School Game of the Week presented by Subway will showcase the 5A match up between the Spanish Fort Toros vs. Vigor Wolves.
The Spanish Fort Toros defeated Valley 31-16 at home to advance to the third round.
The Vigor Wolves defeated Greenville 48-17 on the road to advance to the third round.
Vigor defeated the Toros 7-0 at Spanish Fort in Week #8 of the regular season. Winner of this game will earn a trip the semi-final round of the playoffs and face the winner of the Hueytown/St. Paul’s match up.
Due to AHSAA regulations, this game will be a tape delayed broadcast. The game will air on UTV44 at a special time on Saturday November 19th at 7:30pm immediately following the UTV44 broadcast of Cal-Poly vs. South Alabama football game.
