UTV44, Your Gulf Coast Superstation, is announcing The Game of the Week Playoff Coverage for Round #1.

Mobile, AL - Pensacola, FL–   UTV44, WJTC is announcing playoff coverage for Round #1 of the AHSAA Football Playoffs.

The UTV44 High School Game of the Week presented by Subway will showcase the 6A
match up between the Opelika Bulldogs vs. Daphne Trojans.

The #3 seeded Opelika Bulldogs are 7-2 for the year with a 4-2 record in Region 3
play. 

The #2 seeded Daphne Trojans are 9-1 for the year with a 6-1 Region record.  The Trojans are the defending 6A state
champions.

Due to AHSAA regulations, this game will be a tape delayed broadcast.  The
game will air on UTV44 on Saturday November 5th at 7pm.
