UTV 44 would like to recognize the Scholastic Athlete for Week #4.
For the McGill-Toolen Yellow Jackets, Kevin Kusch is a Senior with a 4.26 GPA. Kevin is the son of Henry and Melinda Kusch. He is ranked number one in his class along with being a National Merit Semi Finalist. He is a starter on the defensive line for
football along with being on the Physics Team, Scholars Bowl and HQ Teams. Kevin is interested in attending Georgia
Tech, Stanford or MIT.
For the Davidson Warriors, Hayley Adkins is a Senior with a 4.0 GPA. She is a member of the varsity swimming,
and varsity soccer teams. She is also on the varsity cross country team where she is a team captain. Haley’s plans are to major in Biomedical Engineering at UAB, South Carolina, NC State, or Southern Florida
