Scholastic Athlete for Week #10

UTV 44 would like to recognize the Scholastic Athlete for Week #10

For the UMS-Wright Bulldogs, Carrie Cook is a Senior with a 100.27 cumulative average.  Carrie’s activities include participating on the Honor Council, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, National English Honor Society, National Science Honor Society,
Spanish National Honor Society, and a member of the Scholars Bowl.  She is a member of the soccer and basketball
teams.  As a member of the basketball team, Carrie received the Kerry McKinney MVP Award.  Carrie plans to attend the University of Pennsylvania and play soccer.

For the St Paul’s Saints, Carter Albrecht is a Senior with a 4.2 GPA.  He has been class president for his 10^th, 11^th and 12^th grade years. Carter is in the National honor Society and is also an AP Scholar.  He is he captain of the soccer team in which he also played in the North-South All-Star game along with being a member of the basketball team.
