This morning, 30s dominated...making it a very cold start to the day. However, High Pressure will have control of our area from the Northeast. This will lead to a sun-filled day...which will result in temps warming into the low-mid 60s this afternoon.
Unfortunately, tonight will be another cold night (just not as cold) with temps dropping into the upper 30s. Friday brings another warm afternoon with mid-upper 60s under a mainly sunny sky. Then, the 70s return in full force by the weekend as the winds turn southerly off of the Gulf...leading to above average temps.
With the warm-up comes an increase in humidity out ahead of our next storm system that's due to arrive on Monday. So, morning fog could be an issue this weekend. Otherwise, It'll be mild with chances for rain returning Sunday afternoon. The best chance for rain comes Monday as a cold front crosses our Region...and temps will cool back into the 60s in the wake of this front.
Enjoy the day!
