A cold front will move into our area on Monday afternoon.  Ahead of it, scattered showers & storms will impact our region.  Isolated showers are possible around sunrise...with rain coverage increasing by mid-morning & lasting thru early evening.   Some storms could be strong, but severe weather is not a major threat.  Heavy rainfall is possible, though, with up to an inch in rainfall accumulations (on average) across our area.

The atmosphere is very warm & muggy ahead of the front; so, Monday morning will start mild...with 60s.  Low-mid 70s could be reached before the rain starts...then temps will sink throughout the day as the front crosses.  Tuesday morning will start with temps near 40 degrees...upper 30s are expected for Wednesday morning...burr!    Mid-week highs will only reach the 60s.

After Monday's rain, the rest of the week will bring a mix of sun & clouds.  Temps will gradually warm to seasonable temps (low 70s) by the weekend.

Tropics remain quiet.

Enjoy your Veterans Day Holiday!
