Cooler than average weather as dominated the Gulf Coast for several days. Now, a warming trend will begin to take place as the upper-level trough that has kept most of the country cool will begin to lift. Temps will moderate to near average (low 80s) for Wednesday...then, an upper level ridge will take over & park itself over the Gulf Coast thru the end of the week. This will allow temps to warm up (mid-upper 80s) as the air sinks, compresses, and warms under a ridge of High Pressure.
Our next rain chances won't come until early next week as a cold front will move into our area.
Tropics: We're watching a couple of tropical disturbances, but nothing that's looking like it will impact our local area.
Take Care,
